In honor of the 100th anniversary of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s The Great Gatsby, Mr. Hackford and his students set up a bulletin board in the hallway to the 350s. In the novel, Fitzgerald uses a green light across a bay as a symbol of the American Dream. Juniors who read The Great Gatsby this year contributed their own dreams written on green lights and posted on the bulletin board.
